Orders are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends). Standard shipping in the U.S. via UPS GROUND takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Therefore, you can expect your shipment to arrive in 7 to 12 days. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding shipping time.
When choosing USPS Priority Mail please note that your shipment will not be tracked or insured. Shipments using USPS Priority may take up to 10 days for delivery.
For UPS NEXT DAY (available in the U.S. only): Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 11am through Monday 11am will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will ship the following business day. No Saturday Delivery: Orders that are shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. (All times are Eastern Standard Time.)
For other shipping options please contact customer service. FuelBelt Return/Exchange Policy UNUSED PRODUCT: FuelBelt accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Products must have original tags and packaging.
USED PRODUCT: FuelBelt does not accept returns or exchanges for used product. However, if the used item is returned within 30 days of purchase, we'll grant a 30% discount on a replacement product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: FuelBelt accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 90 days of purchase. Product can be returned for replacement or credit (with receipt or original invoice). After 90 days, product can be returned for replacement only. No credits will be issued 90 days after sale.
